Scope & filters
Whole board or selected lists, labels, and time windows so each run matches how you report upward or outward.
Trello Power-Up
Executive-ready AI reports from live Trello context.
Stop re-writing the board for people who never open it. OneClick turns your real cards, lists, and deadlines into clear, audience-ready narratives — client weeklies, exec summaries, and internal rollups — so Trello stays the source of truth while stakeholders get prose, not raw tasks.
What it is
OneClick AI Report is maintained as a real product: billing, usage tiers, templates, and delivery routes — not a one-off script. It is built by Midnight Vision App as a focused utility for teams that already live in Trello and need readable updates for leads and clients.
Capabilities
You use OneClick inside the Trello Power-Up—generation, limits, and in-product wording there are always the live source of truth. What follows is a concise overview of what that experience supports.
Whole board or selected lists, labels, and time windows so each run matches how you report upward or outward.
Tune tone and structure for exec summaries vs client-facing updates without rewriting prompts by hand.
Workspace templates and run history keep weekly or client reports consistent across team members.
Copy to clipboard, PDF, or email from the result view; schedules send on your cadence when enabled.
Privacy & security
OneClick is built for teams that work under strict client confidentiality. Card content stays in Trello, prompts and outputs aren’t used to train AI models, and we keep our footprint over your data as small as possible.
Card titles, descriptions, comments, members, labels, and attachments are read on demand to generate a single report and discarded afterwards. Our database keeps usage metadata only (board id, audience, scope mode, token counts, duration) — never the cards themselves and never the generated report text.
Generation runs on the Anthropic Claude API. Per Anthropic’s commercial terms, prompts and outputs sent over the API aren’t used to train their models and are processed only to fulfil each individual request.
When a schedule emails a report, we disable open and click tracking on every outbound message — no invisible pixels, no link rewriting for analytics. We hand the finished HTML to a mail-delivery service and don’t store the message body in our own database.
Manual reports never put a Trello token on our servers — the Power-Up reads the board in your browser and we only see the payload for that one run. A token is stored server-side only if you enable scheduled runs, and it’s encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM (unique nonce per record).
Trello’s OAuth doesn’t support per-board scopes — any token covers boards your account can already see. We ask for read-only and only when you enable scheduled runs; manual reports use no token at all. Tokens expire after 30 days and you can revoke them anytime in Trello account settings.
The Power-Up doesn’t embed third-party analytics, marketing pixels, or session-replay scripts. Board data, prompts, and generated reports are not shipped off to advertising or usage-analytics vendors. Workspaces stay isolated end-to-end.
